About me

Hi! I'm Chelsea, I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. I was introduced to the health and fitness world at a pretty young age, growing up i was a gymnast. As i outgrew that era of my life i became stuck in a toxic cycle of drinking and doing drugs every weekend. I was extremely depressed, doing little to no physical activity, and eating maybe 1 or 2 small meals a day. As i woke up one day under 100 pounds hungover and extremely gutted about my decisions, i knew i needed to make a serious change to my life. I left an entire life behind and moved back in with my family, i felt like i had no control over my life. The gym became my safe space, it gave me an outlet for my body and mind, it gave me structure, purpose, and a routine that helped me break the toxic cycle i was in.
After a few years in the gym seeing minimal progress, i got my first lifestyle coach, started to get serious about my training and saw progress extremely quickly. I was able to do this because i trusted the process and listened to my coach, without the accountability factor alone involved with having a coach i never would have reached where i am today with my physique. You'll notice that a lot of coaches even have coaches, for reasons like this and many others. 
Eventually, I decided to step into bodybuilding, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I did my first show this past July and I plan to step on many more stages in the future.

The knowledge I’ve gained over the years has allowed me to help so many people reach their goals their goals in a sustainable way, build confidence, and completely transform their lives. Coaching is something I genuinely love, and watching my clients become the best version of themselves has been the most rewarding part of my journey.
